Sours Launch

On Thursday 9th April, we're launching our new April Sours. This year will be Dill Pickle Sour, and a Blood Orange & Lemon Thyme Sour.
With blood orange being in season, and fresh lemon thyme adding a subtle herbal citrus finish, we can't wait for this one as we head into Spring. We've been pickling organic cucumbers in-house with dill, vine leaves, and long pepper. These are then juiced and added to the sour fermentation along with fresh dill sprigs and pickle brine.
Bottles will be available to buy in the taproom and on the webshop.
If you have one of our locals cards you'll get a pint of the new beer on the house that evening, or a half of each so you can try them both!
We'll have dishes to pair with the new beers from Dragon Flame BBQ, and cocktail specials, plus all things pickled!
